摘要
目的 :为了直观、立体地显示复杂骨关节骨折的图像。方法 :本文对 5 5例包括胫骨平台骨折、胸腰椎骨折、髋臼骨折和Pilon骨折在内的复杂骨关节损伤进行三维CT图像重建。结果 :三维CT图像围绕X轴和Z轴旋转并切割 ,记录骨关节前位、后位、内侧位、外侧位、俯视位、仰视位等图像显示复杂骨关节的解剖特点和骨折形态。结论 :三维CT重建有助于骨折块的立体定位和骨关节损伤的正确分型 ,并补充在三维空间上新的骨折分型。为手术入路的设计 。
Objective :Inordertopresentthecomplexboneandjointinjuryspatially .Methods :Three dimensional (3D) CTimagingreconstructionof 5 5caseswerestudied ,including 2 3casesoftibialplateaufractures ,14casesofthoracolumbar fractures ,10casesofacetabularfractures ,5casesofPilonfracturesand 3casesofotherboneandjointfractures .Results :The 3DCTimagescouldrotatearoundXandZaxes ,thestructureswhichobstructedobservationcouldberemoved .Werecorded thesignificantviewsoftheobject,suchasanteriorview ,posteriorview ,medialview ,lateralview ,superiorview ,inferiorview andsoon .Theanatomyfeatureofcomplexboneandjointcouldbepresentedcompletelyonthe 3Dimages .Conclusion :We foundthattheimprovedvisualizationofthecomplexboneandjointofferedmoreaccuratediagnosisoffractures ,complementto newclassificationoffractures ,andhencebettersurgicalplanningandmanagement .
