摘要
为了更好地促进劳务派遣行业为广西经济、社会的和谐发展服务,应当重视跨省劳务派遣存在的问题,有关异地劳务派遣的法律规定有待完善,劳务派遣单位与用工单位的法律责任有待强化,被派遣劳动者行使与维护权利的程序有待改进,劳动争议案件管辖与法律适用的选择问题有待明确。
To better push forward the labor dispatch industry to serve the harmonious development in economy and society of Guangxi,problems existing in trans-provincial labour dispatch should be attached with importance.Furthermore,laws and regulations concerning labour dispatch among different regions need completed,legal liability between labour dispatch units should be further strengthened,procedures for dispatched labor to execute and maintain their rights and interests should be improved,jurisdiction of labour dispute cases,and selection of applicable laws should be more explicit.
