一种新型单相三电平整流器拓扑的研究

摘要 提出一种新型的单相三电平整流器电路拓扑,分析了该电路的电路结构和工作原理,并建立了开关函数的数学模型.选择6种工作模式的最优组合,使该电路处于准单位功率因数运行,输出电压稳定,纹波小,并能实现直流侧输出端两个电容电压自平衡,同时还制作了实验样机进行实验验证,实验结果证明了该电路的正确性和可行性. A novel single-phase three-level rectifier has been proposed in this paper.Detailed analysis of this circuit structure and working principle has been made.A switch function mathematical model has been built.With choosing 6 working patterns of the optimal combination,it makes this circuit emulate unit power factor.It brings stable output voltage,small ripple,and can realize DC side output capacitor voltage self-balance.The prototype experimental results demonstrate the validity and feasibility of this circuit.
