摘要
对上市公司股票投资风险的研究,一方面可以厘清上市公司经营管理活动对普通股民投资股票的影响,对股民或者大股东在投资上市公司股票时提供一定的参考,另一方面可以对上市公司在经营管理过程中,针对可能存在的风险问题,应予以积极重点的关注,以化解这种股票投资的风险。股民应该正确看待股票市场随着经济规律的变动和调整。投资者在进行投资的时候应该合理安排自身的投资比例。
The research on the risks of investment in shares of listed companies can,on the one hand,clarify the impact of the management activities of listed companies of ordinary investors＇ investment in stocks,providing reference for investors or shareholders for their investment,on the other hand,actively give focused attention to the possible risks brought by the problems of operation and management in listed companies so as to defuse the risks of such equity investment.Investors should have a correct view of the changes and adjustment of the stock market with economic laws and make reasonable arrangements for their own investment ratio.
