PPARγ在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的作用

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator activated receptors,PPARs)是调节能量平衡的一类配体激活的转录因子,属于核受体超家族,包括3种亚型PPARα、PPARβ/δ和PPARγ,也称为NR1C1,NR1C2和NR1C3。不同的亚型在不同组织分布,并具特异调节功能。其中PPARγ主要调节脂肪细胞的分化、脂肪酸的摄取和贮存以及血糖的稳态。
