摘要
目的 :探讨贝那普利对糖尿病肾病的防治作用。方法 :采用放免法和免疫组化法观察贝那普利对糖尿病大鼠血管紧张素Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ )、内皮素 (ET)、转化生长因子 (TGF)的影响。结果 :糖尿病大鼠AT Ⅱ ,ET 1明显升高 ,TGF β1表达增强 ,贝那普利治疗后AT Ⅱ ,ET 1显著下降 ,TGF β1表达减弱 ,肾脏肥大减轻 ,尿蛋白减少。结论 :AT Ⅱ、ET 1和TGF β1可能参与糖尿病肾小球硬化的发生 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preventive effect of benazepril on diabetic nephropathy.METHODS:The effects of benazepril on reninangiotensinⅡ(ATⅡ),endothelin(ET),and transforming growth factorβ 1(TGFβ 1)in rats models were studied by radioimmunoassy and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:In rats' model of diabetic,the pretreatment plasma and renal level of ATⅡ and ETⅠ were significantly increased and the expression of renal TGFβ 1 was obviously strengthened in comparison with nomal rats (P<0.05) and after treatment with benazepril,the level of ATⅡ, ET significantly deceased and the expression of TGFβ 1 was weakened. CONCLUSION:ATⅡ , ETⅠ, and TGFβ 1 may be involved in glomerular sclerosis of diabetic mellitus. The posttreatment decrease in these parameters mean that benazepril shows preventive effect on diabetic nephropathy.
