摘要
公民幸福是公民基于需要满足而产生的美好感受,它以富足、安全、自由、公平为构成要件。公民幸福既有赖于公民的劳动创造,也有赖于法治保障。法治导源于人类对幸福的追求和向往,它是保障公民幸福的良方。在中国,对幸福的追求使人民选择了社会主义法治,公民幸福是社会主义法治发展和完善的价值指南。
Citizens＇ happiness is a good taste based on his need to be met, taking richness, safety, freedom and fairness as the cornerstones. The realization of citizens＇ happiness depends on not only citizens＇ work and creation but also the guarantee of rule of law. Rule of law derived from the human pursuit of happiness which is the remedy to protect citizens＇ happiness. In China, the pursuit of happiness makes people choose socialist rule of law, citi- zens＇ hanniness is the, value, mlide nf the develonment and perfectness of socialist role of law.
