摘要
国内的带线缝合针加工设备仍然以手工加工为主,劳动生产率低,工人劳动强度大,加工精度和质量不高。设计出一套自动缝合针打孔机系统。该系统分为机械结构部分和自动控制部分。机械结构设计主要包括x、y向工作台的设计和主轴的设计;控制系统以ARM微控制器为控制核心,采用Linux嵌入式实时操作系统实现多任务调度和资源管理。软件系统是以实时嵌入式操作系统Linux为核心,采用了模块结构化设计方法,将整个控制软件划分为:Linux实时内核、API函数、数据通信模块、运动控制模块及人机交互模块5个模块,并对这5个模块分别进行设计。
The domestic processing equipment for suture needle with thread is still mainly manual,with low labor productivity,large labor intensity and poor precision and quality.A set of automatic suture needle punching machine was designed.The system was divided into mechanical structure section and automatic control section.Mechanical structure design included the design of x,y directional workbench and the design of spindle.In control system,ARM microcontroller was used as control core,embedded real-time operating system Linux was used to realize multi-task schedule and resource management.In software system,Linux was taken as the core and the module design method was used to divide the whole control software into five modules:Linux real-time kernel,API functions,data communications module,motion control module and human-computer interaction module.The five modules were designed.
