摘要
针对传统翼子板毛坯采用1模1件方式生产,导致材料利用率低、生产效率低、工人劳动强度大、安全性不高等缺陷,通过改进毛坯开卷落料模结构和开卷落料工艺实现自动化生产,提高冲压毛坯的质量和效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。
Traditional production of fender blank made by the way of one part in one die has various defects, such as low material utilization, low production efficiency, high labor intensity and lack of security. Automatic production can be realized by improving the mould structure and decoiling and blanking process, with which the stamping part quality and production efficiency can be improved and accordingly the labor intensity and produc- tion cost reduced.
