摘要
以CuO为铜源,水合联氨为还原剂,首次制备出适合导电墨水用的高浓度、高纯度纳米铜颗粒混合溶液。试验结果表明:该方法可获得质量分数在11%以上的纳米铜固体颗粒,平均颗粒尺寸约为98nm;制备工艺简单,不需要水洗或复杂的电渗析处理。方法有较大的工业应用前景。
Using CuO as copper source, and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, the high density and high purity nano-copper particles for conductive ink-jet printing is prepared. The nano-copper solid content is over 11% in the ink-jet printing, the average particle size is about 98 nm. The preparation method is simple with no requiring washing or complex electrodialysis,and shows the great possibility in industrial application.
