基于多重分形谱研究十二烷基硫醇分子自组装膜在铜表面的作用行为

摘要 采用动电位扫描、原子力显微镜相位测试,基于多重分形谱,研究了十二烷基硫醇分子自组装膜在铜表面的作用行为。结果表明,在氯化钠溶液中,十二烷基硫醇分子自组装膜对铜腐蚀有显著的抑制效果,缓蚀效率随自组装时间的增加而增大。采用原子力显微镜对样品进行相位图测试,基于多重分形谱对相位图进行分析,可反映出随着自组装时间的增加,自组装膜在铜表面从部分覆盖到完全覆盖的过程。 The assembling behavior of dodecanethiol SAMs on copper surface was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and AFM phase image measurements.The AFM phase images were analyzed through multifractal spectrum.The results indicated that dodecanethiol SAMs had obvious inhibition effect on copper corrosion in sodium chloride solution,and the inhibition efficiency increased with the assembling time.The assembling progress could be observed through the analysis of AFM phase images based on multifractal spectrum.
