侧脑室引流治疗隐球菌脑膜炎颅高压的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察42例侧脑室引流治疗隐球菌脑膜炎恶性颅高压的效果。方法对42例确诊为隐球菌脑膜炎合并严重颅高压（〉350mmH2O）的患者采用侧脑室微创引流手术治疗，比较手术前后患者自主症状及脑脊液压力、脑脊液蛋白、白细胞数等指标，判断侧脑室引流术的治疗效果。结果42例隐球菌脑膜炎患者中41例患者的症状和观察指标均有明显好转，1例死亡。结论侧脑室引流术可以明显降低隐球菌脑膜炎合并严重颅高压患者的颅内压，改善症状，提高疗效。
