帕瑞昔布钠复合舒芬太尼在下肢骨科手术术后镇痛中的应用研究

摘要 目的:观察帕瑞昔布钠复合舒芬太尼在下肢骨科手术术后镇痛中的效果。方法:下肢骨科手术患者40例,均采用罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞,随机分为P组和S组。S组20例术后镇痛采用舒芬太尼,P组20例术后镇痛采用帕瑞昔布钠复合舒芬太尼。比较两组术后VAS评分及术后不良反应。结果:两组镇痛效果无明显差异,S组术后不良反应明显少于P组。结论:帕瑞昔布钠应用于下肢骨科手术可减少舒芬太尼的用量,减少术后不良反应的发生。
