摘要
允许不同意见的充分讨论是列宁党内决策思想的首要前提,"少数服从多数"是列宁党内决策思想的基本原则,宽容持反对意见的同志是列宁党内决策思想的有力支撑。这些宝贵思想对我们党在新的历史时期,特别是在中国共产党即将召开"十八大"的关键时刻,更好地坚持和完善党的领导,民主、科学地作出重大决策,意义十分重大。
Lenin＇ viewpoints on inner-party decision-making are treasures for the Communist Party of China in the new era and significant to the preparations for the 18th National Congress of CPC. He proposes that the premise of decision-making is to discuss fully the different opinions, the fundamental principle should be ＂the minority is subordinate to the majority＂, and the tolerance of the opposition will be the strong supports to the decision-making. The viewpoints are crucial to uphold and perfect the Party＇s lead- ership and ensue the Party＇s decisions democratic and scientific.
