摘要
在简述了New DCM的电枢绕组结构和工作原理的基础上,提出了通过换向单元电压过零检测法确定转子位置的思想,通过理论分析、仿真和实验等手段验证了这一思想的正确性,并设计了换向单元电压过零检测电路和控制软件,实现了9换向单元New DCM的无位置传感器控制,实验测得的电机特性(包括机械特性和电流波形)与有HALL传感器控制时完全相同。
The armature winding structure and the operational principle of New DCM were introduced. The commutation-unit voltage zero-crossing detection principle was proposed and analyzed theoretically and exper- imentally. And the commutation-unit voltage zero-crossing detection circuit and sensorless control software were designed. Finally, sensorless control of New DCM was successfully carried out. The experimental re- sults, including mechanical property and commutation-unit current waveform, verify the feasibility and valid- ity of the proposed method.
