摘要
根据永磁发电机电磁设计的内容编制了径向励磁的车用永磁发电机计算机辅助设计软件,利用该软件分析了电枢绕组线径和匝数两项绕组参数对车用永磁发电机性能影响规律并进行了相应的实验验证。结论表明,增加绕组线径可以增加发电机输出功率,但也增大了短路电流,对稳压器不利;增加绕组匝数亦可以增加发电机输出功率,减小短路电流,但增大了发电机温升。
The permanent magnet (PM) generator CAD sign program. Winding parameters influence on vehicle system is programmed based on electromagnetic de- PM generator performance was analyzed and the cor- responding experiment was done with different winding diameter and different winding turns. Conclusion shows that large winding diameter means large output power, and large short-circuit current. Large winding turns mean large output power, high generator temperature, and small short-circuit current.
