摘要
用热分析试验研究了变质剂种类及变质剂含量对Al-Si合金的热分析曲线的初晶温度拐点及共晶温度的影响,并通过金相组织验证了热分析方法在生产中预测Al-Si合金变质效果的作用。试验表明,含磷变质剂加入量为0.2~0.3%时,变质效果良好;钠盐变质的最大过冷度约为6℃;加入Mg使共晶温度降低,初晶硅晶粒细化,数量减少。
The influence of primary temperature inflexion and crystalloid temperature was prompted by using thermal graph which depended on infection type and content of alterative via experiment analysis. Furthermore, the metallography indicated that the thermal analysis was valid in foretelling Al-Si alloy modification effect. The experiment showed that 0.2% -0.3% phosphoric alterative led to the best effect, maximum freezing temperature of natrium salt alterative is 6 ℃ and adding Mg can reduce the conjunct crystalloid temperature and shrinking particulates.
