摘要
仿生技术是将各种生物系统所具有的功能原理和作用机理作为生物模型进行研究,实现新的技术设计并制造出性能优越的新型仪器、机械等。仿生学研究发现,许多生物体表所具有的某种特定非光滑形态有着较好的耐磨特性。目前,对生物非光滑技术的研究,主要集中在非光滑表面的耐磨、降噪和抗疲劳等方面。本文总结了仿生非光滑表面技术在制备缸套、齿轮、轧辊、模具等方面的应用研究及进展情况。随着仿生非光滑表面技术在机械工程中的广泛应用,提出了仿生非光滑表面技术的发展方向和应用前景。
Bionic technology is to study the functional principle and mechanism of various biological systems to design and manufacture some new instruments and machines with superior performance. It is found that the surface of many organisms characterizes wear resistance owing to their particular non-smooth shape. Investigations have been focused on the non- smooth surfaces wear, noise reduction and anti-fatigue. In this paper, it concluded the applications and progress of bionic non-smooth surfaces in the manufacturing of cylinder liners, gears, rollers, molds, and so on, and puts forward the devel- opment direction and application prospects of bionic non-smooth surfaces.
