摘要
德国"双元制"职业教育享誉世界,然而如何借鉴它的成功经验却面临着不可逾越的障碍。德国职业教育有其独特的"发展动力"。从历史上来看,社会需求、政治需求、文化需求是职业教育的"发展动力"。正是在这三大"发展动力"的支撑下,形成了德国职业教育内在发展逻辑即"职业性"。引入德国职业教育"发展动力"的视角,为科学借鉴德国职业教育成功经验提供了新的思路。
German dual vocational education system is world known for its immense driving forces.From the historical perspective,the social,political and cultural requirements form the three driving forces.Likewise,the German vocational education has its built-in development mechanism.This paper attempts to provide with new references of the successful German vocational education.
