摘要 某600MW机组循环水冷却方式采用带冷却塔的闭式循环,其循环水泵的厂用电率为1.0%左右。为进一步降低循环水泵的厂用电率,对循环水泵进行了变频改造,可实现循环水量的连续调节。结合变频改造后的试验数据,提出了600MW机组变频循环水泵运行优化方案。 The closed loop cooling tower is adopted for the circulating water cooling of a 600 MW power unit and the house power of the circulating pump was 1.0 percent. To further reduce the house power consumption of the circulating pump, a frequency conversion retrofit has been made so as to achieve a continuous adjustment of the circulating water. Based on test results obtained after retrofit, an optimization scheme is proposed for operation of the retrofitted circulating pump of a 600 MW power unit.
