摘要
针对G35CrNiMo6-6高强铸钢件研制了高强钢TY107Ni焊条。试验结果表明:该焊条的焊接工艺性和抗裂性能优良,焊接接头各项性能指标完全满足产品技术要求,成功地补焊了轧机轴承座。
High strength steel TY107Ni electrode is developed for G35CrNiMo6-6 high strength steel casting. The test result shows the welding technicality and crack resistance of the electrode are good and the various performances of welded joint can meet the technical requirements of product, so the bearing chock of rolling mill is performed repair welding successfully.
