摘要
高校思想政治理论课的实效性不强的现状一直困扰着教师和学生,也督促着思想政治理论课教师进一步对课程教学进行探索和改革。高校思想政治理论课实效性不强的原因在于教学内容一统化、教学方法模式化、教学过程单向度和教学评价不科学。高校思想政治理论课实践个性化教育之道在于:树立个性化教育理念,实行个性化的教学实践,制定个性化的考核标准。
The effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in college always bothers both teachers and students and meanwhile urges teachers to further explore and reform their teaching. The reasons why ideological and political theory course is not effective are as fol- lows：the teaching content is not diversified,the teaching method is unitary, the teaching is teacher- oriented and evaluation is not scientific. Therefore, individualized education in ideological and political theory course should emphasize the establishment of the concept of individualized education, carry out individualized teaching practice and set up individualized evaluation standards.
