针刺加康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽困难的作用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨针刺加康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽困难的作用。方法对82例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者随机分为2组,对照组41例,给予内科常规治疗和护理;观察组41例,在给予内科常规治疗和护理的前提下,采取针刺加康复训练治疗,治疗前与治疗28d后分别以改良吞钡试验评价进行比较。结果治疗前2组患者的吞咽功能评价无差异,治疗28d2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺加康复训练可以改善脑卒中后吞咽困难的吞咽功能。
