摘要
采用回归分析法测度住房公积金对住房消费和经济增长的影响,可看出住房公积金对住房消费的影响较大,对经济增长的影响相对较小,且住房公积金对经济增长的影响滞后于住房公积金对住房消费的影响。要进一步扩大住房公积金对住房消费及经济增长的影响,应扩大住房公积金的覆盖面,积极营销贷款,完善担保机制,逐步实现住房公积金使用的大众化,并进一步发挥住房公积金在住房保障中的作用。
The regression analysis is used to measure the contribution of housing accumulation fund for housing consumption and economic growth. It concludes that the housing accumulation fund has a greater impact on housing consumption than on the economic growth, and the impact on the economic growth lags behind and the impact on housing consumption. To further expand the impact of the housing accumulation fund on housing consumption and economic growth, the housing fund center should expand the housing provident fund system coverage, and it takes actively marketing loans, improves the security mechanism, progressive that realizes housing accumulation fund to be used by the popular, and further to develop the housing provident fund in the housing security role.
