摘要
某锌冶炼厂浸出液采用锑盐净化除杂,产生的净化渣含锌35%~37%,含铜12%~14%,含镉5%~7%,含钴0.9%~1.1%。本文介绍了β-萘酚除钴工艺的锑盐净化渣综合回收工艺,该工艺增加除铁工序,减少了β-萘酚与铁的副反应,降低了β-萘酚除钴成本,为解决β-萘酚除钴成本高的问题提供了新途径。
The impurity of leaching solution was removed by antimony salt in a zinc smelter,and the purified residues produced by this process contained 35%~37%zinc,12%~14%copper,5%~7%cadmium,and 0.9%~ 1.1%cobalt.The comprehensive recovery process of purified residues using cobalt removal with 2-naphthol was introduced in this paper.In the process,procedure of iron removal was added,the side reaction between 2-naphthol and iron was decreased,the cost of cobalt removal by 2-naphthol was reduced,and the research direction in problem of high cost of cobalt removal by 2-naphthol was provided.
