摘要
对哈尔滨到大连客运专线建设中各轨道板预制场在预制CRTSⅠ型轨道板时出现的质量问题进行了分析,描述了各质量问题的具体现象,分析其产生的原因,并对在实践中取得良好效果的相关改进措施进行了总结,为提高轨道板预制质量提供借鉴。
The study analyzes the quality diseases in the prefabrication of CRTS Ⅰ rail plate at all precasting field of rail plates during the con- struction of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Special Line, describes the factual phenomena of all quality diseases, analyzes their reasons, and sums up the relative improvement measures for better effect in the practice, so it provides reference for improving the prefabricated plate quality.
