摘要
研究以一种福建产油茶籽油为原料,其中含棕榈酸7.93%,硬脂酸2.01%,油酸80.92%,亚油酸6.74%,不饱和脂肪酸含量约90%,通过尿素包合法油酸进行纯化。结果表明,油茶籽油在碱醇水解,用95%甲醇低温除杂后,采用90%甲醇为包合溶剂,在尿素与脂肪酸重量比为4∶1,脂肪酸浓度为10%的条件下,4℃中保存16 h后,油酸纯度可由80%提高到92%,回收率可达83%,实现了对油酸的分离纯化,为油茶籽油在医药及化妆品中的应用奠定良好的工作基础。
The Camellia-oleifera Abel oil is a typical kind of plant lipa rich in unsaturated fatty acid.In the study,one Fujian cultivar was used to analyze fatty acid components in seed oil by gas chromatography.The seed oil contains palmitic acid 7.93%,stearic acid 2.01%,oleic acid 80.92%,linoleic acid 6.74%,and unsaturated fatty acid 90%.The results show that after the alkaline hydrolysis and low temperature edulcoration of camellia oleifera abel oil with 95% methanol,the separation and purification of oleinic acid will be better realized by taking 90% methanol as the solvent,the weight ratio between urea and fatty acid is 4∶1,fatty acid concentration is 10%,and stored for 16h at the temperature of 4 ℃.In this way,the purity of oleinic acid can be increased from 80% to 92%,and the recovery rate can be up to 83%,realizing the separation and purification,laying good foundation for the application of camellia oleifera abel oil in the medicine and cosmetics.
