自身免疫性肝炎患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞检测结果
摘要
自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)的病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前认为除存在AIH遗传易感性外,与潜在的激发因素或诱发因素导致天然免疫耐受性被打破有关,从而发生对自身抗原的免疫应答及异常自身反应造成免疫系统攻击相应的靶组织,引起肝脏损伤、炎症反应、靶细胞凋亡和坏死。
