摘要
在全球化发展浪潮中,一种倡导以公平、正义、合理的全球化方式来替代资本主义主导的新自由主义全球化的运动正在蓬勃发展。埃及学者萨米尔.阿明以其独特视角分析了资本主义全球化给发展中国家带来的危害,指出了当今全球化的实质是两极分化的全球化,并明确提出了"人道主义全球化"替代方案,还勾画了未来全球化发展的宏伟蓝图。他提出的替代方案为广大发展中国家正确认识和参与全球化提供了许多有益启示。
In the wave of globalization, a fair, righteous, reasonable style of globalization is developing now. Its aim is to find a new style to replace the neo-liberal globalization. Egyptian scholar Samir Amin, from his unique prospective, pointed that the capitalist globalization had produced many damage to developing countries, and that the essence of globalization was polarization. He proposed a ＂humanitarian globalization＂ alternative plan, and outlined a grand blueprint for the future development of globalization. The alternative plan provides enlightenment for correct understanding of globalization by developing countries.
