添加神农香菊提取物卷烟烟气对呼吸道的作用 被引量:5

摘要 为研究神农香菊提取物在卷烟烟气中对呼吸道相关炎性指标和抗氧化作用的影响,以动物吸烟机使神农香菊提取物通过烟气接触动物呼吸系统,采用放免法检测血清、肺灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素(interleukin,简称IL)IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8的含量,采用分光光度法检测血清、BALF中超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱苷肽过氧化酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)的含量。结果表明,与对照卷烟相比,样品卷烟肺干湿比显著下降,BALF中白细胞总数及中性粒细胞显著降低,血液中和BALF中IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8显著下降,同时抗氧化指标SOD和GSH-Px含量升高,氧化损伤指标MDA下降,差异具有统计学意义。神农香菊提取物能有效减轻烟气对肺部所产生的炎性反应和氧化损伤作用。 In order to study the effects of Dendranthema Indicum extract (MSDIE) in cigarette on the inhibition indexes relative to inflammation and antioxidative action of respiratory tract, mice were exposed to the mainstream smoke of cigarette containing MSDIE by the aid of an animal smoking machine. The levels of interleukins, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and blood serum were measured with radioimmunoassay. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in BALF and blood serum were determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that, compared to the control group, the proportion of moisture-free lung weight, the levels of white blood cells and neutrophils, the IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 in blood and BALF significantly reduced in experimental group; in the meantime, the levels of SOD and GSH-Px increased, and MDA decreased. The differences were of statistical significance. Dendranthema Indicum extract effectively reduced the pulmonary inflammation and oxidative damage induced by cigarette smoke.
