摘要
企业信任是当前组织理论研究的主题之一。从人性角度研究企业信任是企业拟人化的逻辑体现,理性与非理性的对立,使得人性处于机会主义与可信度分裂的状态。因此,从有限理性出发考察人的自利本性下的机会主义行为,成为解释企业信任现象及其信任模型的假设前提。信任作为机会主义与可信度的函数,其强度表现为采取机会主义行为策略与对他人可信度认知依赖程度。受到人性假设的影响,企业组织中存在着不同信任类型。如何防范机会主义行动,建立企业信任,从而减少不确定性、环境复杂性因素下所产生的系统性风险,是企业信任治理未来研究的重要课题。
As one of the modern themes of organization theory, the research on enterprise trust is taken on the logic of enterprise Anthropomorphism from the perspective of human nature. Because rationality is op- posed to irrationality, the human nature is in the split state of opportunism and trustworthiness. There- fore, it has been the assumption to explain the phenomena and the models of enterprise trust to observe the selfish behavior of opportunism under the bounded rationality. As the function of opportunism and trust- worthiness, trust has its strength to take the opportunism behavior strategies and the trustworthiness of the cognitive dependence on others. Being on the influence of the human nature assumption there are dif- ferent trust types in enterprise organization. It is an important topic of enterprise trust governance in fu- ture research to prevent opportunism action and set up enterprise trust so as to reduce systemic risk pro- duced under uncertainty and environmental complexity.
