介绍了信息技术在供应链管理中的作用,分析了煤炭企业供应链信息流的构成和供应链管理环境下信息流的特点,搭建了煤炭企业供应链管理的IT架构并论述了其关键信息技术以及信息化实现中应注意的问题,为煤炭企业建立基于信息技术的供应链管理体系提供理论参考依据。
The role of information technology in supply chain management was described, and the constituents of supply chain information in coal enterprises and the characteristics of the informa- tion flow in supply chain management were analyzed. Moreover, IT framework of supply chain manage- ment for coal enterprises was set up, and its key information technology and the matters needing atten- tion in the application were discussed further, providing a theoretical reference to build supply chain management system for coal enterprises based on the information technology.
