摘要
桥梁挠度测试仪的工作机理是通过液气耦合压差的改变转变为桥梁挠度变化。在沈阳市城市桥梁检测工作中采用桥梁挠度测试仪测试桥梁的竖向挠度。以沈阳市三好桥主桥挠度测试、大成桥北引桥第5跨空心板挠度测试及公和桥主桥残余挠度测试为例,对比分析测试结果与计算结果。结果表明:测试结果均满足相关要求;该仪器布置简便,测试快速、准确,满足城市桥梁检测快捷、高精度的要求。
The working mechanism of the deflection tester in bridge inspection is to transform the changes of liquid-air coupling pressure difference to the variation of bridge deflection. In the bridge inspection in Shenyang, the deflection tester is used to test the vertical deflection of bridge. By way of examples of the Deflection test of the main bridge of Sanhao Bridge, the deflec- tion inspection of the hollow slab of the 5th span of the north approach bridge of Dacheng Bridge and the residual deflection test of the main bridge of Gonghe Bridge, the measured values and cal- culated values were compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the testing results meet re- lated requirements, the tester is characterized by easy installation, rapid and precise testing, which satisfy the requirements of inspection with high speed and high degree of precision for city bridges.
