摘要
针对农村生活污水处理设施综合效能评价体系的缺乏问题,研究并建立了农村生活污水处理设施综合效能评估的指标体系.指标体系由技术部分和经济部分构成,采用德尔菲法确定指标的权重,同时对水质数据和经济数据进行标准化,最后建立评估体系,并用于评价农村生活污水处理设施综合效能.结果表明,厌氧池-梯式生态滤池和厌氧池-生态塘-生态渠评估综合效能值分别为0.902 6和0.804 5,工艺效能评价结果分别为"非常好"和"好",有效地反映了设施的实际处理效能.
The index system for evaluating the performance of domestic sewage treatment facilities is proposed, which consists of two categories-technology and economy. The Delphi method is em- ployed to determine the weight of index. The data of water quality and economy are standardized correspondingly and finally the evaluating system is constructed for evaluating the comprehensive performance of the domestic sewage treatment facilities. The evaluation results for the case of "anae- robic pond and eco-ladder filter" and "anaerobic pond, ecological pond and ecological channel" are 0. 902 6 and 0. 804 5, respectively, corresponding to "very good" and "good", which effectively reflects the actual performances of the facilities.
