摘要
对石家庄市所属新型农村合作医疗市、县两级经办机构的基本状况和人员编制、构成与来源等建设现状进行了调查和分析,并得出如下结论:市、县两级经办机构人员数量尚不能满足工作需要;经办人员编制落实不到位,影响稳定性;经办人员业务素质有待进一步提高和优化。
The survey of the basic condition of stuffing, composing and source in the city and county level New Cooperative Medical System（NCMS）office in shijiazhuang was carry out： the condition was not fit for the need of the management practice; Personnel carries out does not reach the designated position, influence personnel stability. The personnel quality must to be further improve and optimization.
