摘要
目的:建立连翘中槲皮素的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(32∶68);检测波长:370 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;进样量:20μL。结果:不同产地连翘中槲皮素的含量差异显著。结论:此方法可用于检测连翘中槲皮素的含量,为连翘的质量评价提供参考。
Objective: The HPLC method was developed to determine Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa.Method:RP-HPLC was used as follows:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5 μm)columns;mobile phase:acetonitrile-water solution;the detection wavelength:370nm;column temperature:30 ℃;velocity:1.0 mL·min-1;the injection volume:20 μL.Result:The level of Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa from different commodities is significantly different.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa,which provides a scientific basis for quality assessment of Forsythia suspensa.
