直线超声波电动机定子和夹持元件的一体化设计

摘要 提出超声波电动机定子和夹持元件一体化设计方法。该方法将V形直线超声波电动机的驱动足、配重块和夹持元件设计成为一个定子的整体结构,该结构由45#钢通过线切割加工而成。其中的夹持元件由柔性铰链构成,以代替弹簧元件起弹簧作用。有限元方法被用来优化定子的结构,以保证两相振动模态的一致性。试验表明,在激励电压为200 V和预压力40 N情况下,电机的最大运行速度为471 mm/s,最大输出力为15 N,定子质量为125 g,推重比达到12。 An integration design method of linear ultrasonic motor was proposed, which let the drive foot, counterweight block and clamping components of the V- shape linear ultrasonic motor to combine an overall stator. The stator was made of 45# steel through wire-cutting processing. The clamping component was designed with flexible hinges to replace the spring components. The finite element method was used to design the structure of the stator,to adjust the frequency consistency of the symmetrical mode and the anti-symmetrical mode. With the incentive voltage of 200 V, the experiment results indicated that at pre-pressure of 40 N,the no-load maximum speed was 471 mm/s,the maximum output force wasl5 N,the weight of the stator was 125 g and the thrust-weight ratio was 12.
