摘要
以山海关污水管网一期某污水管道实际工程为例,介绍了高透水地质条件下的顶管施工技术。施工中采用超前小导管注浆固化土体,达到了超前加固围岩和止水的目的;同时边顶进边灌膨润土泥浆,有效减小了顶管的顶进摩阻力;在管道顶进施工结束后,再用水泥与粉煤灰配比浆液对触变泥浆进行置换,以防路基沉陷。采用上述施工技术取得了良好效果,可供相关工程参考借鉴。
Taking a sewage project in Qinhuangdao for example, the pipe jacking construction technology in highly phreatie and pervious soil was introduced. The advanced grouting with small duct was adopted to solidify the soil and sealing, the frictional resistance was reduced effectively by injecting bentonite slurry during pipe jacking construction. Finally, the thixotropic slurry was replaced correspondingly by a mixture of cement and pulverized fuel ash to prevent subgrade settlement. These construction techniques achieve an excellent result, and they can be used for reference to similar projects.
