摘要
总结了镇江市主城区污泥处理处置现状及存在的问题,分析了污泥性质并预测其产量。按照低碳环保、经济合理、因地制宜的原则,结合生活污泥有机质及氮磷等养分含量较高、工业污泥重金属含量较高的实际情况,提出"生活污泥干化堆肥后土地利用、工业污泥混合焚烧后填埋或建材利用"的处理处置方案。介绍了污泥项目的规划布局、建设规模及运行成本等,并提出相应的管理策略和保障措施。
The present situation and problems of sewage sludge treatment and disposal in Zhen-jiang main city zone were summarized. The sludge properties were analyzed and sludge production was predicted. Based on the principles of low carbon, environmental protection, economy, reasonableness and adaptation to local conditions, the scheme of drying, composting and land application for domestic sludge due to its higher contents of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients, and that of mixed incineration, landfill and building materials utilization for industrial sludge due to its higher con- tents of heavy metals were proposed. The planning layout, construction scale and operation cost of sludge project were introduced, and the corresponding management strategy and safeguard measures were put forward.
