摘要
目的探讨利普刀宫颈锥切术（LEEP）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的临床效果。方法将大同市第一人民医院诊治的136例CIN患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组68例，两组分别行利普刀宫颈锥切术和宫颈冷刀锥切术（CKC）；观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、脱痂期出血量及切口愈合时间。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、脱痂期出血量及切口愈合时间均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组的治愈率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论LEEP具有操作简单、手术和住院时间短、出血少、术后恢复快等优点，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of LEEP conization of cervix in the treat- ment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Methods One hundred and thirty-six pa- tiems with CIN were randomly divided into observation group（68 cases, given the LEEP conization of cer- vix） and control group （58 cases, given the cold-knife conization）. The operation time, peri-operative bleeding, length of hospital stay, the bleeding during decrustation and healing time of incision were ob- served between the two groups. Results The operation time, length of hospital stay, peri-operative bleed- ing, the bleeding during decrustation and healing time of incision in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）, but there was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions LEEP has the advantages of simple operation, shorter surgery and hospi- talization time, less bleeding, quicker postoperative recovery and so on, it＇s worth clinical application.
