摘要
本文详细建立了23个自由度的货车脱轨致学模型,并研制了功能齐全的模拟分析系统。此系统具有可供用户选择的多种服务性功能,并配有绘图程序,可以模拟不同线路状态(曲线半径、外轨超高角、超高顺坡率和线路不平顺)和车辆状态(悬挂参数、结构参数、装载状态和运行速度)及轮轨踏面外形对脱轨稳定性的影响,并可用于对脱轨事故的调查分析。
In this paper, a simulation analysis system for freight vehicle derailment has been developed based on a mathematical model of 23 degrees of freedom taking into consideration nonlinear factors such as wheel/rail contact geometry, creep saturation and dry friction in suspension system. The simulation analysis system provides various service subroutines and is convenient to users. It can be used to simulate the influences of various track and vehicle conditions on the derailment process. These conditions include curve radius, superelevation, superelevation runoff rate, track irregularities, vehicle suspension parameters, structure parameters, state of carloading, running speed and wheel/rail profiles. The system can also be used as an assistant analysis tool for the investigation of derailment accidents.
