摘要
在大型钢铁企业中,燃气是钢铁企业重要的副产品和主要燃料。就我国钢铁企业而言,能源费用是企业成本高的主要因素,能源的浪费直接关系着钢铁企业成本的高低,因此燃气的综合利用对发展钢铁生产、降低能源消耗和改善环境都有重要的意义。在全面分析河北某钢铁公司燃气系统状况的基础上,建立燃气系统的动态模型,综合气柜安全、用户需求和燃气放散率等实际情况制定燃气系统的调度目标,在此动态模型和调度目标的基础上,结合实际调度经验提出燃气系统的调度方案。通过这个调度方案能使企业燃气的供需平衡达到相对良好的状态,有效地实现节能减排、降低成本,提高了企业经济和社会效益,对大型工业企业煤气的合理分配及优化利用起到指导作用。
Gas is the main energy in the iron and steel enterprises. In terms of Chinese iron and steel enterprises, energy cost is the main factor "in the enterprise cost, and its wasteful degree directly determines the enterprises cost. So the effective utilization of the gas is of great significance for the production of iron and steel, the reduction of energy consumption, and the environment improvement. In this paper, the gas system in an iron and steel enterprise of Hebei Province is studied. Considering the actual situation of the enterprise, the dynamic model of gas system is derived by comprehensive analysis, and the scheduling objectives is also given based on the integrat- ed gas cabinet safe, user needs, and gas elution rate. An optimal schedule scheme of the gas system is proposed to achieve supply and demand balance, energy saving, cost reducing , and enterprise's economic and social benefits improvement. It will be a guidance for the optimal utilization and rational allocation of the gas in big industrial enterprises.
