摘要
利用叶绿素荧光测定技术测定沿海沙地10个竹种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:(1)凤尾竹、佛肚竹、花孝顺竹的初始荧光(Fo)、可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)值较高于其它竹种;(2)吊丝单竹、花吊丝竹、雷竹的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、光化学猝灭系数(qp)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(QY)、PSⅡ电子传递量子产率(ΦPSⅡ)等值均高于其它竹种;(3)佛肚竹、雷竹、大头典竹的非光化学猝灭系数(npq)值相对较低。从而可知吊丝单竹、花吊丝竹、雷竹、花孝顺竹等竹种具有较好的光合生理功能,可作为沿海沙地竹子引种的优良竹种。
Through experimental study on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 10 species of bamboos in the seashore dene, the results showed that ( 1 ) the minima] fluorescence (Fo), the variable fluorescence ( Fv ), the maximal fluorescence (Fm) of Bambusa multiplex ' fernleaf' , Bambusa ventricosa , Bambusa multiplex ' alphonae-karr ' were higher than other bamboos; (2) the PS Ⅱ maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), the PS Ⅱ potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo), the photochemical quenching coefficient (φ), the PS Ⅱ actual photochemical efficiency (QY), and the PS Ⅱ quantum yield of linear electron ( ФPS Ⅱ ) of Dendrocalamopsis vario-striata, Dendrocalamus minor var. amoenus, Ph. violascens f prevernalis were higher than other bamboos; (3) the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (npq) of B. ventricosa, Ph. violascens f prevernalis, Dendrocalamopsis beecheyana var. pubescens were lower. It has been proved that the photosynthetic physiological functions of Dendrocalamopsis vario- striata, Dendrocalamus minor vat. amoenus, Ph. vioIascens f prevernalis, B. multiplex ' alphonse-karr' are better than those of the other bamboos, therefore they can be the excellent bamboos for introducing in the seashore dene.
