摘要
就档案利用者而言,对《档案法》的修改的诉求主要是利用档案过程中的权利与义务问题。权利方面主要包括平等自由利用已开放档案、申请利用未开放档案及其他服务的权利,义务方面主要有保护档案完整安全、遵守相关规定。《档案法》的修订,有必要在相关条款上进行补充与完善。这是一个从利用者的视角对《档案法》修改所提出的诉求。
As the archives users, their appeals to rewrite the archives laws are mainly about the rights and duties in the process of using archives. The rights mainly include using the opened archives equally and freely, applying for using unopened archives and other services. The duties mainly include protecting the integrity and safety of the archives and abiding by ~aws. It is necessary to rewrite the archives ~aws and perfect related articles. This is an appeal for rewriting archives laws from the archives users.
