摘要
环向折线形单层球面网壳是单向折线形网架结构在曲面结构构形中的拓展,兼有双层网壳和单层网壳受力特性。通过结构构形研究和机动分析,提出了在轴对称条件下基本结构体系的简化杆系计算模型及其分析方法。为改善结构的受力特性,在基本结构体系的基础上,增设若干道环向杆件,形成环向折线形单层球面网壳的加强结构体系。通过算例分析,对比研究了在不同荷载工况下和厚跨比对结构体系受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:环向折线形单层球面网壳的基本结构体系是一种静定空间桁架结构;揭示了环向折线形单层球面网壳基本结构体系的组成规律、受力特性,给出了加强结构体系的合理加强方案;所提出的简化计算方法,可精确求解网壳的内力和位移。
The circumferential folded single-layer reticulated spherical shells are the expansion of the folded plate space truss in curved surface configuration, inheriting the merits of double-layer reticulated spherical shells and the single-layer reticulated spherical shells. Kinematical and configuration analysis were carried out. The simplified strut model and calculation method were put forward under axially symmetrical condition. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the structure, some circumferential bars were added in the basic structures to form the reinforced structure. The simplified calculation method was also put forward. This paper discussed the mechanical characteristics of the circumferential folded single-layer reticulated spherical shells under different load cases and different thickness-to-span ratios. The results show that circumferential folded single-layer reticulated spherical shells are geometrically invariant. The composition rules and mechanical characteristics of the basic structure are obtained and the optimizing reinforced structure is given out. The accurate simplified calculation method that the internal force and the displacement of the shells can be determined precisely is obtained.
