废轮胎热解油不同馏分浮选性能研究

摘要 以实验室管式炉对废轮胎进行热解,得到热解油进行常压蒸馏,分析了热解油及其馏分的基本性质。以热解油及其馏分作为捕收剂对东庞选煤厂煤泥进行了单元浮选试验。结果表明:热解油中含有大量的脂肪烃、芳烃和少量的极性物质。随沸点温度升高,各馏分颜色由浅入深。热解油178℃~230℃馏分中含有高达67%的芳烃,具有较高活性,其浮选捕收性能较佳,浮选精煤产率和浮选完善指标最高。小于150℃馏分中饱和烃含量最高,达30%左右,具有最好的选择性,浮选精煤灰分最低,但浮选精煤产率和完善指标也最低。 This paper introduces the experiments on pyrolysis of waste tires with tube pyrolyzing furnace.We take atmospheric distillation test from pyrolysis oil and analyze their basic properties.These oils acted as collectors in cell flotation tests for the Dong Pang slurry.The results showed that pyrolysis oil contains aliphatic hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons and a small amount of polar substances.With higher temperature of the boiling point,the fractions color get darker.Fractions from pyrolysis oil between 178℃~230℃ contain 67% aromatics with relative high activity.They own good performance in flotation with the highest yield and perfect indicators.Fractions from below 150℃ contain the most saturated hydrocarbons of proximate 30%.They own the bests electivity in flotation with the lowest ash,but the flotation yield and the perfect indicators are the lowest.
