摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度约20—25个碱基的小分子非编码单链RNA。最新研究发现microRNA可参与多种调节途径,包括细胞分化、细胞增殖凋亡、生殖以及肿瘤发病机制等。实验证据表明microRNA在卵巢癌中表达异常,提示它可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展、诊断和治疗有着密切的联系,为卵巢癌发病机制的研究和诊断治疗提供了新的思路。 MicroRNA (miRNA) is a group of small, non-coding, single-stranded RNA of about 20 - 25 nucleotides in length. Recent studies have indicated that microRNA plays an important role in diverse biological processes including cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, reproduction and oncogenesis. Recent studies have shown that the expression of miRNA shows evidently abnormal in ovarian cancer, suggesting that it may regulate the occurrence, development, diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. Characterization of miRNA provides us a new insight into the molecular mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
