摘要
目的探讨开展优质护理服务对老年糖尿病患者治疗的影响。方法随机抽取我科80名住院老年糖尿病患者,将其分成2组(对照组和实验组),每组40人,对实验组实施优质护理服务,对照组按常规护理,半年后采用自测健康评定量表(SRHM S V 1.0)对实验组和对照组的患者进行问卷调查。结果①生理健康比较,实验组在器官功能、日常生活功能、生理健康子量表总分3个维度与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(t=2.056,5.860,3.111,P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.05);②心理健康比较,实验组在负向情绪、正向情绪、认知功能、心理健康子量表总分4个维度与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(t=1.865,1.563,3.935,2.689,P均<0.05或0.001);③社会健康比较,实验组在角色活动、社会健康子量表总分2个维度与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(t=3.669,2.822,P均<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务能明显提高患者积极治疗疾病的信心。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups（control group and experimental group,n=40）.High quality nursing care and conventional care were implemented on experimental group and control group respectively.Six months later self-rated health measurement scale（SRHMS V1.0）was used to assess two groups.Results ①There were significant differences in organ function,activities of daily living,physical health subscale scores between two groups（t=2.056,5.860,3.111;P0.05 or P0.001,P0.05）;②There were significant differences in negative emotion,positive emotion,cognition,mental health subscale scores between two groups（t=1.865,1.563,3.935,2.689;P0.05 or P0.001）;③There were significant differences in the role of activities,social health subscale scores between two groups（t=3.669,2.822;P0.05）.Conclusion Carrying out high-quality care can significantly improve the active treatment confidence of the patients.
