摘要
定义了牛顿理想气流的概念,理论推导出了用于计算实际气体流能量的牛顿理想气流能量方程。基于对LJ491QE1汽油机的试验研究,应用牛顿理想气流能量方程定量计算出该汽油机的换气损失。研究结果表明:自然吸气、进气道喷射式汽油机的小负荷工况,进气损失功率占有效功率的比例较大;大负荷工况,排气损失功率占有效功率的比例较大。本文提出的内燃机换气损失的定量计算理论对于深入研究内燃机的实际循环损失具有重要意义。
A concept of Newtonian ideal gas flow was defined and an energy equation for the Newtonian ideal gas flow was derived.Based on the test on a LJ491QE1 gasoline engine,its gas exchange losses were calculated using the above-mentioned equation.The results showed that at low-load conditions of the naturally aspirated port fuel injection gasoline engine,the intake loss power accounts for higher percentage of its effective power output,and the exhaust loss for high-load conditions.The proposed quantitative theory of gas exchange loss of the internal combustion engine is significant for further study on actual cycle losses of the engine.
