摘要
目的：探讨血液因素对计划生育生化检验结果 的影响.方法：选择我所2011 年5 月到12 月门诊及住院部采集的40 例血液标本,随机平分为两组- 观察组与对照组各20 例.观察组标本为及时送检与不溶血,对照组标本为放置后送检同时溶血.结果：对照组送检的20 例血液标本与溶血标本的血糖、尿素、肌酐、钾、钠、氯等各项值与观察组的送检标本值存在明显差异,差值在0.6-30.0 之间.结论：血液标本的采集正确与否,直接影响到检验质量.需依靠医生、护士、患者、检验人员的多方合作,从而保证送检标本的真实性和可靠性,为临床诊治提供可靠的依据.
Objective： To investigate the blood factors on the biochemical test results the influence of family planning. Methods： from May to December20111 the outpatient and inpatient department collection in 40 patients with blood samples, randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group. The observation group specimens for timely submission and hemolysis, control group specimens for placement after inspection and hemolysis. Results： in the control group and20 blood samples were collected and hemolysis blood sugar, urea, creatinine, potassium, sodium, chlorine and other values and observed values of specimens have obvious difference, difference between 0.6-30.0. Conclusion： blood specimen collection is correct or not, directly affects the examination quality. Rely on doctors, nurses, patients, inspection personnel of multilateral cooperation, so as to guarantee the authenticity and reliability of the specimens, and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
